By Jim Tiffin the Grants Community Pantry in Cibola County serves about 2,200 families monthly with produce and commodities. More county residents are not registered, and the pantry urgently needs plastic bags and cardboard boxes. Each week about 400 plastic bags are used and distributions include potatoes cabbage apples and onions. Commodities are issued monthly, now on Thursdays and Fridays.
