Tribal employee arrested on alcohol charge
Naomi Yazzie Butler, personal secretary to Tuba City Family Court Judge Leroy S Bedonie and District Court Judge Wesley Atakai, was arrested Thursday evening on alcohol related charges. She faced driving under the influence and delivery of liquor after a citizen called Navajo Police about a liquor group near Black Mesa Drive. A beer case was found in the back seat and she was held at the Tuba City Detention Center before posting.
