Autumn brings cooler nights and clear days as residents are urged to guard homes against rodents. Hopi Environmental Health Specialist Lucas Namoki notes no human hantavirus cases on the Hopi reservation this year but warns transmission via aerosolized rodent saliva or urine is possible.
