Trading post gets new life in The Dark Wind at Navaho reservation
Red Lake Trading Post near Tuba City is revived for The Dark Wind and renamed Burnt Water Trading Post. Set designer Ted Bafaloukos and art director John Reinhart restored graffiti pointed walls, added doors and floors, and stocked the shop with authentic items and local artifacts. The dasy room will house a Hopi elder, while actor Lou Diamond Phillips plays Navajo officer Jim Chee.

BIA shakeup plan draws tribal criticism at summit
