Gallup names Dickason youth services librarian at children’s library
Kyle Cary Dickason, 28, has been appointed as Gallup’s youth services librarian for the city’s Children’s Library on West Aztec Avenue. A Tucson native with a BA in mythology from the University of Redlands and an MA in library science from the University of Arizona, she aims to expand services beyond the library walls and improve literacy nationwide. Dickason previously served as a school librarian and tech liaison in Tucson and worked as a bookseller and marketer.
