Two Wrecks Hurt Three In Gallup Area Crashes
Three people were hospitalized after two traffic accidents near Gallup Thursday afternoon and evening. At 4:00 p.m. on State Road 264 a collision near 11.4 miles west of U.S. 666 involved Joseph Paisano of Fort Defiance Arizona and Rose Chischilly of Fort Defiance. one other driver was treated and released. At 8:00 p.m. on State Road 5 near Thoreau Mary N Shannon of Crown Point lost control and rolled her car. both she and passenger Freda Trotter of Bixby Oklahoma were hospitalized at Rehoboth Christian Hospital. Seatbelts were not in use. no charges were reported.
