Tribal advisor trial set for Oct 15 in Navajo Nation court
Navajo Nation legislative advisor Robert Salabye faces trial October 15 in Window Rock District Court on a December 13 1991 battery charge and a separate bench warrant for failure to appear. He was arraigned June 24, released on his own recognizance, and represented by Louis Denetsosie. Salabye pled not guilty to failing to appear and plans to attend future hearings. He was arrested June 10 at his legislative office.
