McCary, sues in U S District Court seeking 304000 from Irving Rapaport and Four Corners Exploration Co for back royalties and damages from mining claims in McKinley County New Mexico. He alleges he was assigned an interest but has not received income. Claims total 44380 back royalties 10537 interest and 250000 punitive damages.
