Couple held on child neglect charges in Gallup

Police arrested Jennie Artene and Raymond Grey in Gallup for child neglect after officers found them unconscious in a vehicle at Milan's Tavern with a 4-6 month old infant. The infant was placed in the Christian Child Care Home. Police also investigated two assault reports from early today.
