A no host bar will operate during the buffet. Dedication at 6 p.m. includes blessings flags and pledge from Floyd Thompson and remarks by Senators Domenici and Schmitt. Sam Graft presents the city building. program ends with a closing blessing.

Playboy Bull Back for Gallup Rodeo Opening

Playboy the bull returns as the Gallup Lions Club hosts a four day rodeo at Red Rock State Park starting Wednesday at 7 p.m. Bull of the Year in 1976 and 77, he will be kept out of the stands this year after escaping in 1976. Lions Club members and rodeo stock provider Buster Webb describe 10 un ridden bulls and new acts including rodeo clown Jess Franks. The event runs Wednesday to Saturday with a noon Kids Rodeo on Saturday and a 9:30 a.m. parade. Tickets cost 9.50 for adults and 2.50 for children.
