Jury accepts DWI verdict in Gordon House case
After two days of deliberation a jury found Gordon House guilty of driving while intoxicated but failed to reach verdicts on vehicular homicide, reckless endangerment and causing great bodily harm in the 1992 crash that killed an Albuquerque woman and her three daughters. Prosecutors plan to retry on the remaining charges while sentencing is set for July 22. House expressed relief and attributed the crash to a migraine.
