Unidentified woman killed by semi on Interstate 40 near state line
A woman walking in the eastbound lane about two miles from the Arizona New Mexico line was struck and killed by a semi driven by Ralph Fanning of Del Monte California. Eugene Chee, 22, of Jones Ranch, was arrested following an Aztec Avenue crash that damaged a utility pole between Third and Fourth streets.
