Real estate salesman Terry Bortot turned himself in to Gallup authorities ending a nationwide search. He faced 13 counts of fraud and embezzlement totaling 145000 dollars. Bond set at 50000 dollars by Magistrate Lidia Rainaldi after an informal arraignment.
