In Johns Arizona voters will face ten proposed amendments to the state constitution in a September 9 primary. Polls open 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. in Apache and Navajo counties with 35 and 51 polling places respectively. Amendments cover tax exemptions debt limits aid expenditure caps and property tax rules for municipalities districts and schools. Each ballot item includes a brief explanation and a yes or no choice.
