Feral horses roam the reservation amid drought

Alvin Jim, 45, of Gallup, was stopped on White Cliffs Road near McKinley County Road 43 and arrested for aggravated DWI after police detected alcohol odor and a .298 breath test. His license was revoked, vehicle registration expired in 2006, and an open container violation was added.
