Alex Ruben Zavala twenty five was indicted by the McKinley County Grand Jury on charges of criminal sexual penetration and contributing to the delinquency of a minor after police say he had sex with a sixteen year old girl and supplied alcohol to another minor. The case followed a mother's report that her daughter became pregnant and needed treatment, with police noting the girl tested positive for chlamydia.
