Draft findings cite misused credit cards, excessive travel, and noncompetitive bidding while NHA says expenses were justified and has tightened policies and card use.
St Michaels Chapter disapproved the Navajo Tribal Council reapportionment Plan 15 on December 8 by a 25 to 0 vote with five abstentions, citing lack of consultation.
