In Window Rock Arizona a district court jury found Mariano Lake, Smith Lake Council member Ben House guilty on obstructing an officer, battery and disorderly conduct in a May 24 1989 incident. A pre sentence hearing is set for December 27. The case links to removal of supporters of suspended Navajo Chairman Peter MacDonald from executive offices after a tribal court order. House is the third person convicted in the incident, following Emmett Tso and Betty Tsinijinnie.

Tuba City to get traffic lights as Christmas gift
