Police arrest two men after pickup plunges into ravine

Gallup police say a speeding pickup jumped a curb near Second Street and Logan Avenue, rolled and fell 50 feet into a ravine. Andrew Chicarello, 23, Mentmore, cited for driving while intoxicated and reckless driving. Harvey Sandoval, 26, Gamerco, charged as party to a crime and with disorderly conduct.

New county backers fail to show at Navajo forum

Tim Knowles reports a San Juan County forum drew little response to a study plan for a possible Navajo Reservation county joining McKinley and San Juan counties.
