Police arrested Clarence Sampson, 28, after a Phoenix man allegedly pushed a 38 year old woman to the floor at the Redwood Lodge motel on East 66th Avenue at 1 30 a.m. He then removed her clothes before fleeing. Sampson was located on a roof and charged with criminal sexual penetration aggravated burglary and kidnapping all felonies.
