Gallup youths gain first Summer Youth Grant program

Child molester sentenced to five years in prison

Robert Tsethlakai, 33, was sentenced by Judge Joseph Arite to five years in prison for molesting a child under 13 in 1999 and for criminal sexual conduct with a minor. He earlier received three years for bribery of a witness and two one-year terms for habitual offender status, all to run consecutively with three years suspended. He must register under Megan's Law and faces two years of parole after release with three years of probation.
