Dewayne Pino, 21, of Mentmore, was arrested after he threatened an officer with an oil filter during a fight outside El Dorado Restaurant in Gallup. He fled on foot, was captured near a trailer park, and booked on assault on a peace officer and resisting/evading charges. Eddie Arviso could not be reached by police.
