Gallup City Attorney Pederson Fired by City Council
Gallup City Council unanimously voted to remove city attorney R. David Pederson after a 30 minute closed session at the regular meeting. Hired in August 2007 during Mayor Mendoza's administration Pederson oversaw the end of a DOJ consent decree and led bond issues for a $44 million east side fire station and Red Rock Park ADA improvements.
