Corrections Officer Charged With Sexual Penetration At Detention Center
Samantha Morgan a 22 year old corrections officer at Cibola County Detention Center faces second degree felony charges for sexual sexual penetration of an inmate. An alleged relationship with Jessica Archuleta 29 who was held at the detention center prompted an investigation. The events are alleged to have occurred between August and September 2010 according to Undersheriff Tony Mace and Detective Steve Chavez. The investigative report was nearing completion and to be turned over to the 13th Judicial District.
