Gallup man sentenced in child exploitation case nine years
Gabriel Ashley, 25, of Gallup, pleaded guilty to five counts of sexual exploitation of children and one count of criminal sexual penetration of a child under 13. District Judge Louis DePauli handed down a nine year prison term after an October 2010 plea agreement that closed more serious charges and required postponed proceedings for a second psychological exam.
