James Diller acquires a gold lot fronting 34 feet on Main Street with a Roberts Avenue side from Aaron Hoober, the drover. Hoober buys a 10 foot east side strip from Geo H Ranch. Isaac G Davis sells a 40 by 185 foot Franklin Street lot to James Diller adjoining his Roberts Avenue project.
