Lights on teams under motor vehicle code urged

In September 1888 a black eagle measuring six feet was shot by John M Thomas of Caernarvon and mounted. Prohibition lectures drew crowds to a tent on Brickyard Road, where outsiders hurled stones and cans at the event. County bids for a Conestoga bridge at Martindale went to BE McMellen for a wooden superstructure and wall for 930 dollars. A diphtheria death is noted with old phrasing the little one's scourge.
