New Holland Kiwanis Club planned a two phase street sign fund drive at a weekly luncheon. Collections for the white elephant auction will be held Tuesday and Wednesday, September 26 and 27, with items auctioned during farm show week. Rev Diller S Myer dies at 69 in Bareville church service
The Rev Diller S Myer age sixty nine of Bareville died Sunday about 1 p m after a six week illness. He served as associate minister at the Bareville Church of the Brethren for 40 years and was presiding elder for 18 years and a Brownstown Bank director, vice president 16 years. Survived by wife Ida Martzall Fahnestock Myer and several children, stepchildren, grandchildren, great grandchildren and a half-brother. Funeral at Church of the Brethren Bareville held Wednesday at 2 p m with burial in Bareville Cemetery.
