Terre Hill Player Breaks Leg in Base Sliding Incident
In a Terr Hill versus New Holland series game, catcher Kirk Glasser of Terre Hill broke his left leg sliding into second base. He was treated by Dr. J E Harner and Dr. Roger, then set in Terre Hill Hospital, with recovery expected to take several weeks. Terre Hill won 8 to 2 as Stork of New Holland pitched well though the visitors’ outfield struggled.
