Death takes Hon. James Donald Cameron at Donegal Springs
Prominent Lancaster County figure Hon. James Donald Cameron former Secretary of War and U S Senator died at his Donegal Springs summer home aged eighty five years three months sixteen days after recent apoplexy. Born Middletown Dauphin County he led a career from Princeton to Harrisburg and Washington serving as Secretary of War and U S Senator for twenty one years. Funeral held in Harrisburg with interment in the Harrisburg cemetery.
