About 250 Lancaster County firemen attended a Churchtown gathering Friday night for their monthly meeting hosted by the Caernarvon Fire Company. Leola Woman, Lancaster Man Hurt in Auto Crash
Two people were injured when their car crashed into a stone wall near Holtwood on Sunday evening. Miss Pauline Eckert twenty of Leola suffered a deep head laceration and George Gordon thirty of 313 North Queen Street Lancaster had a right eye laceration after the steering failed. Gordon said he lost control of the vehicle when the steering apparatus failed to work properly.
