Born in Olyphant Pennsylvania he is a Blake lly High School and Wheaton College graduate who has served as principal at Westtown Consolidated near West Chester. Rev and Mrs Whitby Ruth and a 14 month old child currently reside at Brandywine and will move to New Holland.
