Obituary of Charles H. Bensinger of New Holland

Charles H. Bensinger aged fifty nine of 26 South Custern Avenue New Holland died at home Friday at 7 a m after a lingering illness. Born in New Holland son of the late Weidler Bensinger and Ida Gregg Bensinger he was a member of the New Holland Evangelical Church and the Foren men's Association. He served The New Holland Machine Company about forty years rising to foreman of the core room in the foundry. Surviving are his wife Minnie Foreman Bensinger and seven sons Harold Paul Raymond Clyde in New Holland Lester and Lewis in Battle Creek Michigan four grandchildren and one sister Clara Rishel of Lancaster. Nelson Passes CPA Exam at New Holland Plant

Clarence J. Nelson assistant controller at New Holland Machine Company passed the required certified public accountant examination. He received a commemorative watch from company president George C. Delp for the achievement. Nelson, an Army veteran with thirty months overseas, joined the firm in 1946 and was promoted to assistant controller earlier. Charles Fielding, also with New Holland Manufacturing, will take the test later this year.
