Little Big Inch Tests Underway South of New Holland Borough
Hydrostatic tests of the Little Big Inch pipeline in Lancaster and western Chester Counties began Monday announced by Texas Eastern Transmission Corporation. The test part of a rehabilitation and improvement program covers a 42 mile stretch from Marietta to Eagle, with crews based at the old Lancaster Airport. Tests run daily weather permitting, using water from Conestoga Creek.
