Store Closed for Violation of Federal Food Control Act
The Martin Lebo store in Denver Lancaster county was closed for sixty days for violations of federal food rules. Lebo ran a Denver shop and worked at Carpenter steel works Reading. Flour sold at his Denver store was shipped to Reading and sold to steel workers without complying with food regulations. This first offense shows knowledge of regulations. wartime closure was avoided.
