Lancaster County Firemen's Association announces that Prof. Charles W Maser of Franklin and Marshall College will entertain at the March meeting in New Holland. Liberty Fire Company hosts the event in the high school auditorium at 7 30 p m with an address of welcome by President George Shirk Good. A magic demonstration and string orchestra numbers are planned, with Lewis Martin as chairman and a committee of six members handling arrangements.

Truck Driver Freed in Death of B. B. Clark
Benjamin B. Clark a sixty six year old retired farmer of Kinzer was fatally injured on the Lincoln Highway near Slaymakertown when a passing truck grazed a parked cattle truck he stood on. Clark died at St. Josephs hospital from a fractured skull and multiple injuries. Alfred Bane of Cameron W V was exonerated after investigation by officials. Clark was well known in Kinzer and Intercourse and was a Mennonite. Private services were held at his home and public services at Kinzer Mennonite church with interment in the adjoining cemetery.
