Cemetery Work Reinterrments At Ranck's Church Grounds
Trustees and workers beautified the adjoining cemetery this week and exhumed several bodies buried along the north fence to clear space for horse sheds. Rev. Christopher Grosh and eight family members from the old Grosh farm near East Earl were also moved to Ranck's cemetery. One body had lain for 97 years and the skeletons were well preserved. The W C T U will meet next Tuesday evening at Mrs. Frank Brubaker's home.
