Mrs Sara Hesber de Myer seventy four died Tuesday at 10am at her Bareville home from complications after a lingering illness. She was wife of Rifé H Myer and member of the Bareville Brethren church. Survived by husband seven children forty-two grandchildren twelve great grandchildren and several siblings. Funeral services from the Bareville home Sunday at 1 45 pm and 2 15 pm at Bareville Brethren church with interment in Bareville cemetery.

Henry Parson VonNieda aged sixty eight died Monday morning at his Bowmansville home from hardening of the arteries after four weeks illness. Born in Brecknock township he was a painter for 25 years and a member of the Reformed church and P O S A. Survived by wife Sally Ream VonNieda, three daughters Gertrude Burkhart Jennie Musser and Katie Wise, one sister Nancy Gottshall, and six grandchildren. Funeral at 9:30 a m from the home and 10 a m at Bowmansville Reformed Church with burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Seventy pounds of Lancaster county snappers were served at a supper at the Eagle Hotel on Thursday evening. Last Tuesday an actual survey of the proposed new railroad to extend from Reading to Chesapeake Bay was begun by engineer S. C. Slaymaker and his assistant. Mr. I. Vanna Miller, foreman of the Clarion printing house, began an extensive trip through the great west last Wednesday. Arrangements were made with the Railrocks Company to run three trains over the road to the camp meeting grounds at Rutland park near Beartown on several Sundays.

R Amos Zook twenty three son of Levi R Zook Bareville is at Lancaster General Hospital with a possible skull fracture and a fractured right shoulder after his car collided with an Adams town trolley on the New Holland pike near Leacock He drove from his father in laws home en route to work the auto was dragged fifty feet along the trolley tracks and wrecked several trolley passengers were jolted Zook was brought to Arehart home then to the hospital for X ray exams.
