Loyal Temperance Legion Holds Sixth Lancaster Convention

Lightning Kills a Boy Near Muncy After Storm
During a heavy storm a mile east of Muncy Edward Frantz seventeen was killed by lightning on a porch while talking to his father and brother. Brother Jacob nineteen was badly burned over his body and paralyzed, while Brady Frantz escaped injury. A rural mail carrier was held up two hours by hail at the Frantz home.
