Obituary of Ezra Groff Upper Leacock farmer
Ezra Groff 16 a retired farmer of Upper Leacock township died Monday in Bareville after a long illness. He was active in church and civic affairs a 32 year Mennonite member and served on the riding and school boards for 25 years. His life was devoted to farming with a daughter Lizzie wife of Aaron Groff and a granddaughter Mrs Jennie Rudy of York. Funeral from his late home Friday at 1 30 pm with services at Stumptown Mennonite church at 2 burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Mrs Mary Knobb Dies After Yearlong Illness
Mrs Mary A Knebb of Intercourse died at home on Saturday at 1 a m after a yearlong illness aged 68. She was daughter of the late Jeremiah and Susanna Seldemridge and a Zeltenreich Reformed Church member. Survived by husband and daughter Mable F at home. Private house service Tuesday at 1 p m with public service at Zeltenreich church at 1 45 p m. Interment in adjoining cemetery.
