Officers were reelected: President W H Gainor, VP Milton Wassman, Sec-Treas Harry Lyle Sr. Totals include wedding gifts three, flowers for shut ins fifteen, flowers for funerals seven, birth gifts three, plus $50 to Community Welfare Association. A hockey game Cleveland vs Hershey at Sports Arena followed. a new assembly room for Boosters will be completed at the local plant.

Obituary of B Franklin Rutter in Intercourse
B Franklin Rutter eighty four was found dead in bed at home in Intercourse at 9 a m Tuesday. Deputy Coroner H B Slack ruled death by heart attack. He was a retired farmer and member of the Intercourse United Brethren Church. Survived by children Agnes Mary Park Chester Hoover Ellis and Ashmer plus one sister Mrs Thomas Martin. Private funeral at the Intercourse home Saturday at 1 30 pm with public service at 2 pm and interment in the adjacent cemetery. Friends may call Friday evening 7 to 9.

Mrs Caroline Behmer eighty five of Oregon Bareville R I died at 545 am Tuesday at her residence after a three week illness. She was widow of Benjamin F Behmer and a member of Oregon United Brethren church. Survived by daughter Annie B wife of Amos Heiss Landisville and sister Mrs Isaac Fetter Eden West. Eleven grandchildren nineteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren also survive. Funeral in Oregon United Brethren church Bareville Friday at 2 pm. Interment Landis Valley Mennonite cemetery.

Old Oaken Bucket Fox Hunt Ends With a Possum
