The local institute of Earl East Earl Brecknock Caernarvon Upper Leacock and Terrene New Holland boros will hold its annual meeting at Hesa Hall Friday evening January 21 and all day Saturday with lectures by Dr G M Philips West Chester State Normal School. Sessions include morning and afternoon discussions for teachers and directors with a 6 part program and Friday and Saturday evening programs open to friends of education. Admission 25 cents Friday and 20 cents Saturday with no reserved seats.

Narrow Escape on Railroad Crossing Amid Snow Drift
