Rev Christopher Noss D D aged sixty five died at his son Rev George S Noss in Aomori Japan after a cerebral hemorrhage. He served thirty three years in Japan with the Reformed church and taught at Sendai North Japan College and at the Reformed Theological Seminary. He is survived by twelve children and a sister and brother. Services and interment were in Japan.

New Holland Community Minstrels Set For Two Night Show
New Holland's first community minstrel show enters final rehearsals for two night performances on January 8 and 9 at the high school auditorium under the Boys Band. Tickets are 25 cents general admission with reserved seating available Monday afternoon and at Stauffer's Drug Store for 15 cents extra. Candy will be sold by the St Stephen Reformed Sunday School class.
