Stolen Livery Team Believed Taken by Ruth in Salisbury Area
D U Sterling reports another stolen livery team after a man named Carson Ruth also known as Lowery or Kid Lockup hired a team to return to Mt Airy Salisbury township. Ruth was last seen in Baldwin's store and sought a private call to Coatesville before leaving.
