NHMC Picnic Draws Thousands To Community Park
An estimated crowd of more than three thousand attended the New Holland Machine Company annual picnic at Community Park on Saturday August 9. The event featured the Victory Band New Holland and a stage show with Smiley Prog Burnette. Prizes included an electric clock three $75 bonds and $175 in employee prizes. Northern Sales Manager Arthur B Morgan hosted with General Manager George C Delp. Seven thousand sandwiches and large amounts of soup soft drinks ice cream and candy were enjoyed by attendees.
