Emma Reeser widow of Joseph Reeser died Friday March 26 at St Josephs Hospital aged 77. She was a member of Olivet Baptist Church. Survived by brothers Martin Kramer A Preston Kramer Benjamin and Joseph Cramer. Funeral held Tuesday at 2 from 13 East New Street Lancaster with private interment.

Charles Cross of 317 East Clay Street Lancaster died Monday from tonsillitis after a long coughing spell. His father William is critically ill with pleuro pneumonia and his mother convalesces at home from pleurisy. Readings from Scotland twelve years ago, he worked at Armstrong Linoleum plant and belonged to the First Presbyterian Church. He is survived by his parents and a sister Lillie. Funeral at 2 PM yesterday from the house. Greenwood Cemetery interment.

Collision on Coatesville line injures passengers and motorman
A head on collision occurred Friday morning near Harrett's station on the Coatesville line of the Conestoga Traction Co. A freight and a passenger car crashed at a curve, front ends demolished. Passengers suffered bruises and shaking. motorman Ira Shissler had a minor hand injury. Wrecking crew pulled cars to a turnout, preserving uninterrupted traffic.
