The New Holland Borough Water Authority nears completion of a 12 inch main from the East Hill sanitary watershed to the borough center. Wenger Bros of Lancaster built the final link, with work begun in January and a May 3 deadline. The 6,500 foot line boosts town pressure and will be flushed and sterilized before service.
