Death of a Pioneer in Stoble Township
Mr Thomas Gwantney died at his residence in Stoble township July 7 1873 in the 77th year of his age. A North Carolinian by birth he emigrated to Indiana about sixty years ago and settled the land he lived on. He belonged to the Regular Baptist Church for over 52 years. Wat Williams.

Miss Sawyer's Salve credited with curing scrofulous cancer
