Eye-wheat growth found after thresherman injury
In Elkhart County John Sousley, a thresherman, quit work last summer due to a badly inflamed eye. An ophthalmologist discovered a grain of wheat lodged in the eye, grown to a stalk pushing between scalp and skull and reaching near the eye apex. The doctor removed the stalk and transplanted it to a hotbed where it continues to grow.

Old Bibles With Historic Roots Reported In Indiana
