They damaged 30 mess hall windows and dozens of plates as bread arrived without butter. Jailer Reuben Becker said butter ran out before supper. More than 33 union members demanded a meeting after Martin dismissed 32 organizers and four UAW publicity workers. Two Injured When Auto Leaves Road Near Warren
